APPOINTMENTS/LATE ARRIVALS


At O’ SPA, we want to fulfill everyone’s request for treatment. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In addition, please
understand that, to make the following client,your treatment will start and finish on time. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa
to shorten the length of thetreatment, with full charges applied, or cancel the booking, in order not to disturb other guests. How-ever, we will make every effort to
provide the full amount of service.

You can book rooms through phone, email or on our website.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS


We request a 2 hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hour notice will incur a full fee on your
charge card. Any changes with less than 2 hour notice will be invalid. Nevertheless, we will try our best to manage so as to fulfill all customers’ demands.

VIP MEMBERS/GIFT CERTIFICATE


Our regular customers get VIP cards and enjoy O’ SPA’s services at a discount. Gift Certificates are offered in promotion seasons. They are valid till the date written
on the card. How- ever, extensions may be granted if requested prior to the expiration date.
